What is an Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA)?

Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) Program provides eligible students with state-funded education dollars that families can use toward approved educational expenses, including tuition at participating schools and approved vendors.

Premier Prep Online Academy is an approved ClassWallet vendor, allowing eligible ESA families to use their ESA funds to pay tuition.

Premier Prep Tuition

• Junior High (Grades 6–8): $4,000 per year
• High School (Grades 9–12): $4,500 per year

Tuition payments are made through ClassWallet using approved ESA funds.

How to Enroll Using ESA Funds

Step 1: If you are not already participating in the ESA program, apply online through the Arizona Department of Education.

Step 2: Complete Premier Prep’s enrollment process by visiting our registration page. Complete the online enrollment form and submit all required enrollment documents.

Step 3: After your enrollment has been submitted, you will receive a Welcome Email from the Premier Prep office with important next steps.

If you plan to use ESA funds for tuition, you must reply to the Welcome Email and let us know that you will be enrolling as an ESA student.

Your student will then be coded as a Private School Student in our system so we can prepare your tuition invoice and complete the appropriate enrollment process.

Step 4: Once your ESA enrollment has been confirmed, Premier Prep will issue a tuition invoice. Your invoice will include:

• Student name
• School year
• Tuition amount
• Invoice number
• Premier Prep contact information

Step 5: Log into your ClassWallet account and submit your tuition payment to Premier Prep Online Academy, an approved ClassWallet vendor.

Once payment has been approved and processed through ClassWallet, your tuition payment will be sent directly to Premier Prep.
